Assembly Process
  1. Review Orders
  2. Check the PCB and audit components, and if the PCB has SMT components, design and manufacture SMT templates.
  3. Program the picking and placing machine to fill PCBs with SMT components.
  4. Design the thermal profile of PCB and conduct visual and AOI inspections on each PCB. Perform X-ray inspection on each leadless device (such as BGA and QFN).
  5. Mechanically clean the assembled PCB with deionized water. Water solubility is our standard flow rate. Assembly PCBs without clean solder will not undergo machine cleaning.
  6. Insert the through-hole component (if applicable) and select the welding machine and welding through-hole component for the program.
  7. Perform final QC inspection and, if applicable, perform functional testing.
  8. Packaging and transporting assembled PCBA with specialized packaging materials
